Most of us, spend time at a desk within our daily lives. This is not necessarily just for work, as I am sure that we all log on pre/ post work. Meaning we sit at a desk, or at a laptop or other device for a great part of our lives. We know, we should take regular breaks, rather than just beavering away at whatever we are doing.
But we don't, do we?
